]]> In 2012, I created a personal typeface inspired by early 20th Century historical events, cultural movements and theoretical technique. It was something I had in the back of my mind for awhile, and began working on it through academic opportunity. A promotional poster was also generated based on the font family’s letter-forms and subject. The type, and poster, is a dystopian propaganda theme (with a modern spin) based on Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World, early 20th century literature (sci-fi/, philosophy, etc.) and other culture/artistic movements that arose from the devastations of World War I and II.
